We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting more virtual wine tasting events! And for the first time ever, we will be incorporating a cheese tasting into the wine tasting!

 

During this tasting with our great friend, Brandon Borcoman of Vin-Decision, we will experience the combination of a French white wine with an Appalachian, buttery, grass-fed cheese and an Italian red wine with a heavier Cabot Clothbound Cheddar. Brandon will teach us how to notice the different flavors and textures of the cheese and how these varieties pair well with certain wines. In Brandon’s own words, when cheese and wine are paired correctly, “the duo exists as one of the most pleasurable gastronomic experiences possible.”

 

We will have the wines and cheeses shipped to your home ahead of the tasting.

 

Please RSVP by March 21st so that the wine has plenty of time to arrive at your home ahead of the event. We will be recording this event, so if you would like to experience the tastings at a later date/time, please feel free to RSVP and we would be happy to send you the wine to enjoy at your convenience!
