We are excited to announce that we are going to be hosting another healthy cooking class series with our great friend, Julie Palumbo. As the new year begins, we are thinking about longevity and how we can best support ourselves in living a long, healthy, happy life. The first class, with the theme “Live Long and Feel Great!” will be held on Thursday, February 8th at 6pm EST, and will feature Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers and Healthy Chocolate Mousse. The focus of this class will be on how our diet can set us up to feel great and live to be 100 and beyond. The classes will be hosted on Zoom, and we will send you the recipe information ahead of time so that you can be prepared to join in the fun!
